Step 4: Technical Design & Structural Calculations
Architectural drawings are only part of the puzzle. You’ll also need structural calculations, drainage plans, and specialist reports.
Our engineers, surveyors, and consultants ensure everything is compliant and build-ready.
Step 5: Finding the Right Builders & Project Oversight
Choosing the right contractor is crucial. We can introduce vetted builders or work with your preferred team.
We also offer Project Management & Principal Designer services to keep your project running smoothly.
Step 6: Construction & On-Site Support
Once work begins, The Home Collective can provide regular site visits, compliance checks, and engineering support to prevent delays and mistakes.
Step 7: Final Sign-Off & Handover
At the end of the build, we coordinate compliance approvals, handover reports, and final sign offs.
